Description
CCTM-750BT is a basic tank of the modular cylindrically-conical fermentation tank CCTM-750 with recommended effective volume 750 liters and total volume 852 liters for fermentation, maturation (and also storage, filtering, bottling, filling into kegs) of beer, cider, wine and other beverages. Made of stainless food steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304). This description, offer and price include only the basic tank without additional equipment and accessories described in the section “Optional equipment” .

We produce the basic tank in six variants according to quality of surfaces and maximal allowed pressure :
I. SQ standard quality – inner surface : 2B cylinder, 2J cone ; outer surface 2B, brushed welds, welded outer stainless steel sheets
I-1 CCT-MLP-SQI (Standard Quality / max 0.5 bar / cooling jacket/ insulated )
I-2 CCT-MHP-SQI (Standard Quality / max 3.0 bar / cooling jacket/ insulated/ all pressure tests and PED 2014/68/EU certificate)
II. HQ – high quality – inner surface : 2J cylinder, 2J cone ; outer surface 2B, brushed welds, welded outer stainless steel sheets

Bottom armature with two throats is a disc mounted on the bottom throat of the basic tank . It includes two welded throats with the TriClamp or DIN connection for joining with the RO1, DO1 or RO2, DO2 parts : The pure-product draining pipe and the filling and draining pipe.
