CCTM-2000A1 is a pre-configured modular cylindrically-conical fermentation tank CCTM-2000 in recommended configuration A1. This tank has effective volume 2000 liters and total volume 2400 liters and it is designed for the fermentation, maturation, storage, filtering, bottling, final conditioning of beer, cider, wine and other beverages, according on selected type of the basic tank (see a tab bellow). Made of stainless food steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304).
This description, offer and price includes a fully equipped tank in A1 configuration. The CCTM-2000A1 tank consists of the BASIC TANK CCTM-2000BT and the additional equipment and accessories described in the section “A1-set : included equipment” .
We produce the CCTM-2000A1 in six production variations according to its equipment and quality level :

Description of the CCTM-2000A1 modular cylindrical-conical tank in A1 configuration :
Modular cylindrically-conical tanks CCT-M are very versatile products from our production portfolio that enable freely assemble the beer production tank to a configuration that is momentally required by user with respect to the intended use. That actual configuration of the tank can be changed at any time to any other configuration using expansion accessories and their combinations.
About the A1 configuration
The A1 configuration is the simpliest (and cheapest) set of the CCT-M tank, that allow a controlled fermentation of beer, cider, wine, sparkling wine, must, lemonade and other similar beverages.
If the tank is equipped with a safety valve 0.5 bar (non-pressure vessels that do not require a certification by the European Directive PED 2014/68/EU), then the tank is suitable for the production of non-carbonized beverages (wines, ciders, soft drinks), but also for the main fermentation process of beer, cider or sparkling wines.
If the tank is equipped with a safety valve 3.0 bar and certified according to PED 2014/68/EU, it can be used for both fermentation and maturing process of all carbonizated beverages. The configuration 3.0 bar is suitable for controlled fermentation and maturation (under pressure) of all kinds of beer, cider and carbonized wines.
Equipment of the tank allows you to set the required pressure in the tank and also monitoring of the actual pressure while the fermentation process is indicated by bubbling CO2 gas through water in the fermentation lock. Everything you need is included in the adjustable pressure valve (optional accessory). For the production of non-fermented beverages the adjustable pressure valve is not necessary accessory (it may be excluded from the configuration).
The tank is also equipped with a fixed or rotating shower head (spray ball) with a pipe connection for easy washing and sanitizing tank using the CIP station (optional equipment).
The sample valve (optional accessory) allows collection of beverage product samples to their analysis. The fermentor may be equipped also with the carbonization candle (optional accessory) with porous stone to additional carbonation of beverages with carbon dioxide before the final bottling process, using the multiport MT-DN40. The same multiport may be used also for additional flavouring cold beer with natural hops, when some special types beer (EPA, APA, IPA) are produced in the fermentation tank. The port is also available for connection of the flotation machine (optional equipment) that is needed during the juice or cider production for purifying of the product.
A placing of the pure product output valve and the draining valve very near of the basic tank prevents unwanted putrefaction of yeast inside uninsulated long pipes, what is a big problem in most fermentation tanks of other manufacturers.

TO1 – Bottom disc with tank inlet/outlet pipes
Bottom armature with two throats is a disc mounted on the bottom throat of the basic tank . It includes two welded throats with the TriClamp or DIN connection for joining with the RO1, DO1 or RO2, DO2 parts : The pure-product draining pipe and the filling and draining pipe. The spray ball to pressure cleaning and sanitizing of inner surface of the tank using water and sanitizing solutions. Two available types – fixed and rotational spray ball. Connection : Split pin on tube DN28,5 (for pipe DN25).
CS1 – Upper sanitary pipe (with valve / without valve)
Pipe to connection of the side sanitary pipe (CS2) and the filling level indicator set (LIS) to the tank. The cleaning water and sanitizing solution flow from the pipe to the spray ball SB1 inside the tank. Two version of the pipe are available : TT – without valve and TTV – with valve (this is recommended for the easy cleaning or disconnection of filling level indicator during the fermentation process). Possible expanding of the CCTM-2000A1 tank
A customer that purchases the tank in A1 configuration may expand the tank later for other accessories and addittional equipment. CIP station – easy cleaning and sanitizing of tanks
The CIP station with usable volume 2×50 liters for cleaning sanitizing and sterilisation of vessels and pipes in the brewery or the cider production line. This type of the CIP station is recommended for the cleaning and sanitizing of tanks with volume from 0 to 2000 liters. The equipment CIP-503 is installed in a rigid a frame provided with lockable travel wheels.
Hops extractor – the equipment for additional flavouring cold beer with natural hops
Hop extractor – the equipment for dry hopping of beer – adding of hop extract to finalized beer after brewing and fermentation process. Capacity of the hop tank is 25 liters. It is used for dissolving granulated hops in finished beer. Dry hopping does not increase the bitterness of beer, while supporting hop aroma. Efficient extraction of hops, uniform and definable flavoring of beer, it reduce the consumption of hops.
Flotation machine – the fruit juice purifying equipment
The equipment for fruit juice purifying process. Flotation is most suitable way to achieve the clear beverage due to continuous purifying process. On using the method, the juice is firstly saturated with inert gas or air and then the pressure in the tank is released. Thus the releasing air or gas creates fine bubbles that entrain all solid particles in fruit juice and carry them up to the liquid level in the container. Thus the compact cake or foam of solid particles is created on the juice level surface. Only clear beverage stay under the foam.
