Description
Special pressure vessel (maximal pressure 0.5 bar) with an efficient volume 160 liters, equipped for storage, revitalisation, collection and easy dosing of brewery yeast into fermentation tanks.
The cylindrical part is covered with duplex jacketing for cooling of tank and with socket for a thermosensor. The tank should be simply connected to the ice water or glycol system with hoses. The top part is provided with the openable manhole with lid for checking and sanitation of the tank. The tank is bedded in framing on two pins that enable its inclination by 130° in both directions to easy draining of the dead yeast. The equipment is designed as low-pressure vessel and its design enables dosing of yeast without use pumps.
