Description
The PKF-50 machine is an equipment designed for the automatic filling beer, cider, wine and for other carbonated or non-carbonated beverages into plastic kegs.
Operating capacity: kegs: 45 – 55 per hour (Polykeg®, Ecokeg®, Petainer®, Key-Keg®, Key Keg® Slim Line).
Designed to fill kegs which differs from kegs made from stainless steel, (beer, quiet wine, sparkling wine, beverages etc.) It is produced in the version for: Polikeg®, Ecokeg®, Petainer®, Key-Keg®, and Key Keg® Slim Line.
By using the same machine, you can use the simple keyboard on the control panel to fill different types of plastic kegs.
The set consists of a centering device (ferrule) and a head that adjusts to the type of keg system.The entire structure of the machine and the parts that are in contact with the filling liquid are made of AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel. The work phases are managed automatically. The only step that needs to be done manually: to put and remove the keg at the processing site.

WORK CYCLES
KEG
Firstly, put manually a keg onto a worktable. By lowering the press cylinder is the keg locked on the locking head.
PIPING (WASHING AND STERILIZATION)
The external washing of piping is done by water. The drying of the pipeline is carried out with a stream of N or CO2. Once this operation is concluded the piping is sanitized with steam.
PRE-FILLING CHECK
The filling valve opens and the internal pressure of the KeyKeg is checked to see if any valve is leaking or can damage the container.
PRESSURIZATION
N or CO2 flows into the keg – pressure is applied to the keg.
FILLING
Filling is controlled by an electromagnetic counter that can be set on the touch screen.
PIPING (WASHING AND STERILIZATION)

ENDING OF THE PHASE
By lifting the cylinder you can manually remove the full keg.
