The CIP station CIP-52 with an usable volume of 2×50 liters is used for cleaning, sanitation and sterilization of vessels and pipes in the brewery. This type of the CIP station is recommended for cleaning and sanitation of tanks with volume from 0 to 2000 liters.
Functions of the vessels (3):
The equipment CIP-52 is installed in a rigid frame provided by lockable wheels. Used material is stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) or 1.4404 (AISI 316) according of selected variant. Containers (vessels) are not insulated.
The control system TTMMCS1-2A allows the manual monitoring and controlling of temperatures in tanks. This is necessary function for controlled beer fermentation and maturation process and operations with media. This M&R system for temperature control is fully designed in Europe.
The tank temperature manual measurement and control system is designed as the simple assembly kit.
The TTMMCS1-2A is designed for the measuring and control of temperatures in 2 pcs of fermenters with one cooling zones on each tank.
The CLC-1P1200 GreenLine V is the compact water or glycol cooler with integrated condenser. This cooling unit is designed to cool, with the accumulation of ice or water heating. It can be used for cooling beer, ciders, freeze-drying wines or heating mash. Cooling power is 1200 W (5/8 HP).
The candle with a porous stone for beverage tanks is designed for the saturation of the wort, beer, wine or cider by sterilized compressed oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen or other technical gas, when the beverage is in the tank under pressure. The saturation of beverage is usually carried out before, during or after the fermentation or maturation process. The candle has to be removably built into the tank, the nozzle is connected to source of the pressurized gas. Usually one or more candles is installed on each tank. The porous stone is made from the sintered stainless steel carbide therefore it is easy sanitizable in the tank.
The KCM-10 is a multifunction machine that includes a device for rinsing of stainless steel kegs and the filling of carbonizated beverages like beer, limonade wine or cider, into kegs. The equipment is designed for the filling and rinsing of kegs with beer, cider, wine and for other beverages, using manually operated valves and a pump.
The machine is designed for cleaning and filling kegs with a volume from 15 to 50 liters. The working performance is :
Inserting of kegs is manual, removing of kegs after finalizing of filling cycle is manual. Operator manually opens and closes all valves, and he switches on the pump manually as well. The machine is equipped with an integrated reservoir for the alcalic sanitizing solution.
Material is stainless steel AISI 304.
The CWCH-M50 is the compact water or glycol cooler with integrated condenser. This cooling unit is designed to cool, with the accumulation of ice or water heating. It can be used for cooling (or heating) of beer, cider, freeze-drying wines or heating mash. Cooling power is 6400 W (8.58 HP). This cooling-heating unit is designed for indoor or covered outdoor use. The main advantages are very easy instalation without team of cooling specialists. It is produced with 3-phase or 1-phase electrical standard (EU/USA). Suitable for cooling tanks with volume up to 20,000lt each – output / input cooling media fittings 2x 3/4” AG (male) . Designed in Germany.
An adjustable pure product drain valve system for easy separation of yeast from the product (beer, cider, wine …) in fermentation and maturation tanks without loss of product residues. This system allows the precise height setting of the outlet pipe suction hole just above the actual level of yeast in the tank.
