Craft brewery BREWORX CLASSIC 301M-225 with the brewhouse wort machine BREWORX CLASSIC 300 allows the production from 300 to 1200 liters of beer per day. 1. Brewhouse wort machine – equipment intended to production of wort of malt, hops and water

BREWORX CLASSIC 300 : Wort brew machine

The wort production machine (brewhouse ) BREWORX CLASSIC 300 is a compact food machine which includes all necessary equipment to produce 354 liters of wort (it is an optimal volume for production approximately 300 liters of beer) in one brew batch from malt (or malt extract or wort concentrate), hops and drinking water. The BREWORX CLASSIC is a three-tank equipment, some tanks have more functions :
1st tank = mashing tank (tank to mixing malt in water) + wort boiling tank (tank to boiling of wort), 2nd tank = wort filtration tank (tank to filtration of wort) + 3rd tank = whirlpool (tank to separation of hop from wort + tank to temporary storage of hot wort) . The operation platform, measuring and control system and supporting frame are also parts of the machine.
The historical design of this wort production machine, which is based on the traditions of Czech brewing, predetermines this type of brewing equipment for its location in the interior of the restaurant of the brewery. It is not only a marketing efficient, technically interesting element of the interior, where it becomes the center of attention of the guests, but it is also a functional facility on which the restaurant guests can watch the the specialist during a production of beer when they spend their time in the restaurant and they are drinking just this beer which is served them by waiters.
This wort production machine is the main part of the BREWORX CLASSIC 300 microbreweries. Primary function of this machine is the production of wort using either infusion (infusion) or decoction boiling method (decoction). Wort is an intermediate necessary product in production of beer. Beer then arises from wort after its fermentation and maturation in special pressure tanks – fermenters.

2. Primary beer fermentation- stainless steel tanks for the primary fermentation

The task of brewer yeast in the primary fermentation stage is to convert part of the sugars in the wort into alcohol. At the set degree of fermentation the fermentation process is interrupted (not to be the full conversion of 100 % sugar).

3. Secondary beer fermentation – stainless steel pressure tanks for the secondary fermentation

After the primary fermentation so-called young or green beer is pumped into another container, wherein continuing secondary beer fermentation process has a lower intensity, but at a lower temperature and higher pressure, while the beer is saturated with carbon dioxide. This part of the fermentation process is called maturation of beer, also known as the lager process of beer.
