The block system for precisse cooling and aeration of hot wort. This is a necessary equipment for preparation of wort after the hot wort brewing process and before start of the beer fermentation process. The cooling system includes two plate heat exchangers. 1-st heat exchanger is designed for cooling  of wort from 98°C to appoximaly 30°C using cold drink water  (12°-18°C) and purchasing hot water with temperature 80°C. 2-nd heat exchanger is designed for cooling wort from 30°C to approximaly 7-12°C (for bottom fermented beer types) or 15-24°C (for top fermented beer types) using cold glycol (-4°C). The plate heat exchanger and the aeration candle are attached to a stainless steel panel which is equipped with temperature sensors and digital displays.
