It has a capacity of 100 x 1 litre bottles per batch (greater for smaller bottles) and includes an automatic electronic pasteurisation system. The bottles are manually placed in the water bath and the pasteurisation temperature and time can be set via a digital display. Then bottles are manually removed from the bath.
