BREWORX MODULO wort brew machines are the main components of the BREWORX MODULO microbreweries. The compact machine for preparation of wort has traditional design which is typical for Czech brewery school.
All components that are necessary to production of wort are integrated to two universal tanks. Each tank ensures several functions. This type of the wort brew machine is able to produce from one to two batches of wort per day, if malt is used for the brewing, or up to three batches of wort per day, if malt extract is used instead malt.
The machine is assembled on a base frame to easy transport and quick installation. We recommend use the wort brew machine with the compact block MODULO WCU-HWT – the complete water management system with integrated wort plate cooler and the compact block MODULO CEM – the compact energy modul with integrated hot steam generator, air compressor with carbon filters, glycol chiller and the water treatement system.
